Hi Gabby,

Can you please, provide the email you have used to purchase TwistedBrush? I can't find anything for your actual email address. Maybe you have used a different one. You can email us at support@pixarra.com.

Regards,
Yana

Hi Gabby,

It depends on what you mean by "refreshed your PC". TwistedBrush save data on your hard drive. If you wipe or reformat your hard drive all your information on that hard drive will be gone.

As with all data from non-cloud based software, backing up your hard drive is good practice.

Been getting a lot of promo sales emails lately, but not anything about updates for TBPS and there's really no road maps that I can see either.

The Perpetual License being on sale seems kind of unexciting since there just doesn't seem to be much of a defined future for TBPS.

So I guess what I'm asking is what's the real big plans for TBPS over the next lets say 3 years that would make it a tempting buy?
