I have ran it as Admin ( always do) I get this both ways. This started with the last Windows 10 update.I checked my permissions and have Full Control.I did find a work around, but it's taking a long time ( making new artsets and transferring my brushes). (PS) This Happens with all my artsets.

We will be looking into using a different location for storing data files, but that isn't a quick process. In the mean time if this remains a problem for you, you could try to install TB in a location that isn't part of the Program Files since Windows treats that in a special way.

Thank you Ken,I installed TB into a folder in my Documents and moved my my artsets into the program and everything is working now. I should have thought of this because I have all my older TB programs installed in my Documents also and they all act as expected. I did find that if I make new artsets in the original install I have full control over them. I believe it's all due to restoring my computer after a crash and Microsoft updates it did not recognize me as Administer for some reason. Again,Thank you.
