Thank you Mary. Glad you are back. I know you are familiar with brush loading, etc because I still have a brush or two of yours. The code for this brush is in the forum brush category.[smile]

Thank you Suzette. This was the first time I used the brush for what I made it for. I also changed my process. No sketch - I just started painting. I only used 4 layers. Background, dragon, highlights and flames. That compares to 10 or twenty usually. I'm not happy with it but it's a start of something new and hopefully practice will help.[smile]

Bob this is fabulous! I love your dragon and the flames. Terrific work with that specialised brush. Your dragon sort of looks as though there is a human element in there...  on one small part...  It's very well done you know. [smile] Rob

Before we arrive of course...

Wow...Robert, perhaps with your sketching experience, to just begin painting is more natural than you realized?

Don, he'll handle turning the gold into ingots. There should be buffalo steaks around here somewhere cause people are seeing them all over. He can put a sear on those, no problem. We can invite Rita.

Suzette,

I hope it is natural. I have always drawn. I worked in traditional media - most of them - for years but the volume of my work is drawing. I sorta just muddled around because I didn't latch onto one medium. I didn't realize that I was waiting for digital art to develop. It's what I needed and now I'm trying to find my place.[smile]
