I enjoy building brushes in TB and by now almost every brush I use is something I built. This one I did today works well for what I was intending so I thought I would share it. I do a lot of Sci-Fi and fantasy and it might not be too useful to normal people but it's fun to play with. My brushes often have many adjustments. This one isn't too bad. I got the results pictured by stroking from the target to the flame source. There are some notes on the sample to assist. I hope you like it. The code is at the bottom.

Thanks Ken. Y'know, I use all the graphics apps and TB is still my favorite. I think if I could really figure out all the brush controls and how they interact I could build some amazing brushes.[smile]
